Returns & Refunds Policy

RayNexo offers a 7-day return window from the date of delivery for eligible products.

Eligible Returns

You may request a return for:

• Damaged products

• Defective products

• Wrong products received

• Missing items

• Eligible change-of-mind returns

Some products may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns due to their nature, hygiene considerations, customization, perishability or other applicable restrictions. Such restrictions will be communicated on the relevant product page where applicable.

Return Conditions

Products should generally be returned in their original condition with original packaging and accessories where applicable.

For damaged, defective, wrong or missing items, photographs or videos may be requested to verify the issue.

How to Request a Return

Email raynexoshop@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with:

• Order number

• Product name

• Reason for return

• Photos or videos, where applicable

Do not send a product back until RayNexo provides return instructions.

Return Shipping

For approved returns involving damaged, defective, wrong or missing products, RayNexo will bear the applicable return shipping cost.

For eligible change-of-mind returns, return shipping arrangements will be communicated when the return is approved.

Replacement

Where possible, RayNexo may provide a replacement for an eligible product.

If the product is unavailable, an applicable refund will be provided.

Refunds

For prepaid orders, approved refunds will generally be made to the original payment method.

For COD orders, we may request valid bank-account details or another suitable electronic payment method.

Approved refunds are generally processed within 7 days after the applicable return/verification process is completed. The time taken for the amount to reach your account may depend on your bank or payment provider.

Cancellation

Cancellation requests should be made before dispatch.

After dispatch, cancellation may no longer be possible, but an eligible return can be requested after delivery.
