Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 3 business days after successful order placement.

COD orders may require additional verification before processing.

Delivery Time

Delivery generally takes approximately 7 business days after dispatch.

Most orders should therefore arrive within approximately 10 business days from the date of order, although actual delivery time may vary.

Shipping Within India

RayNexo ships within India, subject to delivery PIN-code serviceability.

The dispatch location and courier may vary depending on the product and fulfilment partner.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, tracking details will be provided after dispatch.

Delivery Problems

Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address, PIN code and contact number.

If delivery fails because of an incorrect address, repeated failed delivery attempts, customer unavailability or refusal to accept a COD order, the shipment may be returned to the fulfilment partner.

For prepaid orders returned without successful delivery, the applicable refund will be processed after the shipment is returned and the order is reviewed.

Delays

Delivery may take longer because of courier delays, weather, transportation issues, public holidays or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Damaged Package

If your package arrives visibly damaged, take photographs of the package and contact us as soon as possible.
